How long does it take to become certified?
One of the many benefits to becoming a member of BOCAA is our certification process. Our courses and exams are offered through our website, allowing all aspects of certification to be completed from the comforts of your own home, at your own pace. Once applications and exams are submitted to our corporate headquarters, processing usually only takes a couple of weeks.
How do I get access to the Nationwide Auction Sales?
Once you complete the certification process you will be given the username and password to access the nationwide auction sales from Manheim, Servnet and Adesa auctions.
Will I receive any additional support from BOCAA after becoming a member?
Yes. BOCAA offers assistance with appraisal questions and issues that you may encounter. Once you contact us with your specific appraisal situation, one of our appraisal specialists will respond to you within a 24 hour timeframe, either via telephone or e-mail communications.
